If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can simply return it within 30 days for a full refund, No Questions Asked!

Brand new and 100% authentic! We don't sell fake goods. All our merchandise comes with 1-year 365 day warranty.

What if I am not satisfied with the item or the product is damaged?
For any product damaged in the transit or you got a defective item, please send us the photo of the damaged product to our email as evidence and we will ship you a new one or issue a FULL Refund based on your choice.For any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, please notify us within 30 days with the Invoice and we will issue a Full Refund to you.

What are the payment options?

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly within 30 days of purchase with Invoice and we’ll take you through the process. 

Who pays for return shipping?
Free Return within 15 Days from the date the product is received. After 15 days the buyer pays for return shipping of the product.We are unable to reimburse return shipping charges. If you have paid any shipping charges while ordering, those charges will be refunded.

When do I get Refund?
Once we receive the product at warehouse and verify the damage, we will immediately issue refund minus the shipping cost.(if the returns are made after 15 days from the date the product is delivered.( The time the amount gets credited will depend on the bank/credit card entity

How soon will I receive a purchased item?
We will ship the item within 2 business days and send you a tracking number. Standard registered airmail delivers in 4-9 business days.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

What is the delivery time?
Depending on where you are getting the item delivered, the estimated shipping time is mentioned on the product page. Generally, Standard Shipping delivers between 4-12 business days. We use either FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS Speedpost for expedited shipping.

What Countries do you Ship?
We currently ship to Customers worldwide.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Most of our products are Shipped overseas. However, some of the products are not eligible for shipping outside of U.S.

Delivery

All our shipments are made by using leading and trusted Courier & Logistics companies.(  FedEx or UPS ground deliveries).

Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship out your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer.

Before shipping out any goods we always quality control each item and make sure there are NO defects on any of your items.

The Products are generally delivered within 4-9 Business days from the date of shipment. 

Note: We strive to deliver products at the earliest, but sometimes due to unavoidable reasons like courier delay or items not in stock in our local warehouses, your product delivery might take 2-3 weeks. We will send you timely updates about the status of delivery.Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

 The tracking number will be emailed to you once we receive it from our logistics partner where delivery information and status can be tracked online.
