Brand new and 100% authentic! We don't sell fake goods. All our merchandise comes with our 1-year warranty.

What if I am not satisfied with the item or the product is damaged?
For any product damaged in the transit or you got a defective item, please send us the photo of the damaged product to our email as evidence and we will ship you a new one or issue a FULL Refund based on your choice.For any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, please notify us within 30 days with the Invoice and we will issue a Full Refund to you.

What are the payment options? 
We accept payment by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly within 30 days of purchase with Invoice and we’ll take you through the process. 

Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer pays for return shipping of the product.We are unable to reimburse return shipping charges. If you have paid any shipping charges while ordering, those charges will be refunded.

When do I get Refund?
Once we receive the product at warehouse and verify the damage, we will immediately issue refund minus the shipping cost. The time the amount gets credited will depend on the bank/credit card entity

How soon will I receive a purchased item?
We will ship the item within 2 business days and send you a tracking number. Standard registered airmail delivers in 4-9 business days.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much do you charge for Shipping?
We offer Insured shipping at lowest cost of $3.95(for U.S.) and $7.95(for Canada) for orders under $200 and its completely FREE for Orders over $200.

What is the delivery time?
Depending on where you are getting the item delivered, the estimated shipping time is mentioned on the product page. Generally, Standard Shipping delivers between 4-9 business days. We use either FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS Speedpost for expedited shipping.

What Countries do you Ship?
We currently ship only to Customers residing in U.S. 

Do you ship overseas?
